Core Advantages
1. Excellent flowability of pellets enables high loading masterbatch extrusion without screw blockage & low processing resistance.
2. Low-structure & low-viscosity characteristic ensures stable storage without stratification for liquid ink & leather finishing agent.
3. Moderate UV absorption delays aging & fading of outdoor pipes and films.
4. Uniform blue undertone delivers consistent color for leather black dyeing and plastic black articles.
5. Wide compatibility: solvent/waterborne coating, various polyolefin plastics, flexographic ink.
Main Application Fields
Core Applications: Polyolefin Extrusion Masterbatch, Leather Colorant, Offset & Liquid Printing Ink
Compatible Applications: Outdoor Pipe UV Stabilizer, General Industrial Decorative Coating, Artificial Leather
Forbidden Scenarios: Food-contact products, Premium Automotive High-Gloss Topcoat, Electrostatic Toner
Handling Precautions
1. Pellets can be directly fed into twin-screw extruder; powder version requires pre-mixing to eliminate agglomerates.
2. Sealed storage isolated from moisture; damp pellets break easily to generate dust.
3. Regular masterbatch dosage: 2.0% ~ 5.0%; coating dosage: 1.4% ~ 3.9%.
4. Combine with light stabilizer in outdoor formula to upgrade weather resistance performance.
