Core Advantages

  1. Moderate high reinforcement performance, greatly improves rubber tensile strength, tear resistance and wear resistance; abrasion performance superior to conventional channel carbon black.
  2. Optimized medium structure brings excellent extrusion performance, low die swell, smooth extruded rubber surface, stable continuous production for automated rubber lines.
  3. Low hysteresis loss and outstanding thermal conductivity, effectively disperse heat generated during tire rolling, reduce thermal accumulation and slow rubber aging.
  4. Balanced viscosity change during mixing, wide processing temperature window, good compatibility with natural rubber and all synthetic rubber (SBR, BR, EPDM, NBR).
  5. Double functional value: not only rubber reinforcing filler, but also provides uniform black tint and UV shielding for plastic, coating and ink systems, stable batch color difference.
  6. Low impurity content, low dust pellet version reduces workshop pollution, lowers equipment abrasion for long-term mass production.

Main Application Fields

Core Applications: Automobile tire tread, tire sidewall, tire carcass & cord compound, solid tire, conveyor belt cover, industrial rubber hose, rubber roller, rubber footwear

Compatible Applications: PVC/PE plastic masterbatch, outdoor plastic profiles, general industrial anti-corrosion primer, architectural color paste, medium-load printing ink, cable insulation rubber

Forbidden Scenarios: Food-contact finished products, ultra-high gloss automotive topcoat, high-conductive anti-static functional materials

Handling Precautions

  1. For rubber mixing: Control mixing temperature below 200℃, add anti-aging agent together to extend rubber service life; pre-mix uniformly to avoid local agglomeration.
  2. For plastic & coating formula: Standard dosage 1.8% ~ 4.5%; match general polymer dispersant to improve long-term storage stability of color paste.
  3. Sealed storage in cool dry warehouse, isolate moisture to prevent pellet cracking and powder agglomeration affecting mixing & dispersion effect.
  4. Feeding workshop must equip dust removal and grounding anti-static devices to avoid dust explosion risk.
  5. Pellet form is preferred for large automatic production lines; fluffy powder is suitable for lab small-batch sampling and liquid ink sand milling.
