Full Product Name: Imerys ENSACO® 250G Conductive Carbon Black (formerly TIMCAL)

Furnace-process conductive carbon black with high structure and low surface area, in pelleted form. Designed to form a stable conductive network at relatively low loading, while balancing conductivity and processing flowability. Suitable for mass-production formulas of conductive/anti-static plastics, cable shielding compounds, conductive rubber and anti-static coatings. A general-purpose conductive carbon black grade.

Core Advantages (Performance under test conditions of original TDS; results may vary with different formulations)

1. High structure / low surface area design, can form a stable conductive network at relatively low loading while maintaining good processing flowability.

2. High purity with low ash content (≤0.01%), low sulphur and low metal impurities, suitable for polymer systems with higher purity requirements.

3. Pelleted form generates relatively low dust, user-friendly for feeding and suitable for automatic production lines.

4. Good dispersion performance, easy to disperse uniformly in rubber and plastic systems, with relatively stable conductivity performance.

5. Low PAH (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon), compliant with relevant EU environmental regulations.

6. Relatively good batch-to-batch consistency with small conductivity fluctuation.

Main Application Fields

Core applications: Conductive / anti-static plastics, power cable shielding compounds, conductive rubber, anti-static coatings
Compatible applications: Lithium battery conductive agent, conveyor belts, rubber rollers, shoe soles, electrostatic spray plastic parts, electronic packaging materials
Restricted scenarios: Oral-ingestion food products, pure white products (carbon black will blacken the product), ordinary filling applications with no conductivity requirement.
