Key Performance Features
High Hardness and High Clarity
Delivers high film hardness and excellent transparency, with outstanding alcohol resistance, chemical resistance and abrasion resistance. Good gloss retention, weatherability and yellowing resistance.
One-Component Thermoplastic Air-Drying Film
The molecule contains no hydroxyl or carboxyl groups and does not participate in cross-linking curing. Excellent compatibility with nitrocellulose, chlorinated rubber and various other resins.
Wide Substrate Compatibility
Excellent adhesion to ABS, PVC, various plastics and metal substrates. Easy to dissolve and process, with stable formulation and low risk of re-thickening.
Typical Application Areas
Coatings Industry (Primary)
• Plastic air-drying lacquers, metal overprint clear coats, matte clear coats
• Primers for vacuum metallization, home appliance housing coatings, plastic housing topcoats
Inks Industry
Plastic printing inks, surface-printing inks, alcohol-resistant printing inks.
Adhesives
Compound adhesive systems, coating primer formulations.
