Handling Precautions
1. Dissolve in high-boiling mixed solvent (xylene + cyclohexanone) at 80~100℃ for full dissolution; single low-boiling solvent cannot fully dissolve the resin.
2. Matched phenolic curing agent dosage: 12% ~ 20% based on total resin weight, adjust per required flexibility & anti-corrosion performance.
3. Seal storage in constant temperature warehouse below 28℃, prevent long-term high temperature which causes viscosity rising of dissolved liquid paint.
4. Baking condition for can coating: 200\220℃ / 8\12 mins to complete crosslinking and form dense barrier film.
