Full Name: PANGAO ELC15/40A Hydroxyl-Modified Vinyl Chloride-Vinyl Acetate-Hydroxyalkyl Acrylate Terpolymer Resin

Low molecular weight hydroxyl-containing ternary VC-VAc copolymer industrial resin, approximately 84% vinyl chloride, 16% vinyl acetate, with hydroxyl functional groups. With relatively low K-value, viscosity number, and molecular weight, the dissolved system has low viscosity and relatively fast solvent release. Suitable for low-viscosity fast-drying inks, high-solids coatings, functional coatings, and related solvent-based formulations.
