The problem
The customer's PVA orders were shipping as bagged cargo with poor container utilisation, inflating landed cost per tonne.
What we proposed
We switched to 1000 kg palletised units, recalculated the loading plan for a 20-foot container, and confirmed the arrangement with loading photos before departure.
