Shipping and delivery policy
Last updated: 28 September 2026
1. Order confirmation
Orders are confirmed only after we issue a Proforma Invoice and receive the agreed deposit. Stock availability is reconfirmed at that moment.
2. Incoterms
We quote and ship on EXW, FOB and CIF terms. The applicable Incoterm is stated on the Proforma Invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, quotations are FOB Guangzhou or FOB Shanghai.
3. Lead time
Stock items ship 7-15 working days after the deposit is received; made-to-order and import-customs items take 20-35 working days. Lead times start from the date we receive the deposit and all necessary documents.
4. Packing
Standard export packing unless agreed otherwise in writing: 25 kg bags, 1000 kg pallets, 20 or 25 kg fibre drums and 200 kg drums. Custom packing and private labelling can be arranged for volume orders.
5. Shipping documents
FCL, LCL, air freight and international courier for samples. Documents normally include Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading or Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, COA and MSDS.
6. Inspection and certificates
Every shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis and a Material Safety Data Sheet. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, Intertek) can be arranged on request.
7. Risk and title
Risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm. Title passes when payment is received in full.
8. Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, port congestion, carrier space shortages, customs inspections, weather, strikes or government actions. We will inform you and provide supporting documents.
9. Damage or shortage claims
Claims for visible damage or shortage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us within 7 days of receipt, with photographs and the carrier report. Please keep all original packing.
