Terms of service

Last updated: 28 September 2026

1. Business-to-business use

Our products are supplied for industrial and professional use. By ordering, the buyer confirms it is purchasing as a business or professional user and is responsible for compliance with all regulations in its own country, including import registration, end-use declarations and dangerous goods rules.

2. Quotations and prices

Quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise and are subject to stock availability and to change with raw material cost, exchange rates and freight. Prices shown on this website are indicative per-unit reference prices and are not a binding offer until confirmed in a Proforma Invoice.

3. Samples

Samples are provided for evaluation only. They must not be resold or used for commercial production. Buyers must evaluate the product in their own formulation before ordering.

4. Payment

Standard terms are T/T with 30% deposit and 70% against copy of Bill of Lading, or an irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight for larger orders. Other terms may be agreed in writing.

5. Technical information

Technical data sheets, certificates of analysis and safety data sheets are provided in good faith based on supplier and laboratory data. They are guidance, not a warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the invoiced value of the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or production.

7. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website is owned by us or our licensors. Product and brand names remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to a brand identifies the origin of the goods and does not imply an agency relationship unless expressly stated in writing.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People Republic of China. Disputes shall first be settled by friendly negotiation and, failing that, by the competent court in Guangzhou, China, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
