Consolidating multi-grade orders into one shipment for a distributor

The problem
The distributor was buying epoxy resin, carbon black, additives and PVA from separate suppliers, paying for four shipments and four sets of documentation.
What we proposed
We consolidated all four product families from our Guangzhou stock into a single FCL, with one set of shipping documents and a combined COA/MSDS pack.
Result
- Freight and documentation cost reduced.
- A single point of contact for claims and documentation.
- The customer now places consolidated orders every six weeks.
