The problem
An imported hydroxyl-modified VC-VAc-VOH resin was becoming difficult to source in the required quantity, and its price had risen sharply.
What we proposed
We supplied SOLBIN AL for laboratory comparison together with the TDS and MSDS, and arranged a 5 kg evaluation sample within one week.
Result
- Adhesion on aluminium and tinplate met the customer's internal specification.
- Total cost per kilogram reduced against the previous imported grade.
- Regular supply established with a 15-day lead time.
