ADEKA ADK STAB AO-30 High-Molecular Hindered Phenolic Antioxidant for High-Temperature Processing

Main performance:  High-efficiency antioxidant and free radical capture: As a high-molecular-weight hindered phenolic antioxidant, it can efficiently capture free radicals and significantly delay the thermal degradation of materials. High temperature resistance and low volatility: Melting point 183~185℃, it remains stable during high-temperature processing (such as PP and PE treatment), with low volatility loss. Anti-precipitation and color stability:  It is not prone to precipitation, has good resistance to "NOx" gas fumigation fading and phenolic yellow, and maintains the appearance of the material.  Excellent hydrolytic stability:  Stable performance in a humid environment, suitable for easily hydrolyzed materials such as PVC. Wide application advantages and material compatibility: It is suitable for various plastics and elastomers such as PP, PE, PA, PC, ABS, PVC, PET, etc., especially for polymers containing unsaturated bonds (such as ABS, MBS). Synergistic effect: When compounded with sulfides (such as ADK STAB 412S) and phosphite antioxidants, the long-term thermal stability is significantly enhanced. Processing performance optimization: Low addition amount (0.2-0.4%), improved processing fluidity, reduced thermal degradation, and enhanced production efficiency.
