2. Physical Basic Characteristics: This product features a high-melting-point multi-hindered phenol structure, and its high-temperature resistance far exceeds that of the AO-60 and AO-50 series. The molecular structure is three-dimensional cyclic, with extremely low volatility. It hardly volatilizes when processed at temperatures above 240℃. It has excellent compatibility with polyolefins, engineering plastics and filler modifiers. The mixed materials are evenly dispersed without white spots or agglomeration. It has top-notch capabilities in hot water, oil and solvent extraction in the industry, and is less likely to precipitate from the interior of the product after long-term immersion in a liquid environment. It has excellent electrical insulation performance and does not interfere with the performance of the cable insulation base material.
