Handling Precautions

  1. Standard addition dosage for most resin systems: 0.5% ~ 3.0% by total weight; increase to 2.5–3.5% for high anti-sag heavy primer formulas.
  2. Adopt high-speed dispersion + medium sand milling for full dispersion; insufficient dispersion will weaken thickening and anti-settling performance obviously.
  3. Sealed storage in cool dry warehouse, strictly isolate moisture, strong alkali & hydrofluoric acid to prevent surface modification failure and agglomeration.
  4. Feeding workshop must equip dust removal & anti-static grounding devices to avoid ultra-fine silica dust floating and static risks.
  5. For one-component moisture-cured sealant, add TS-720 before moisture blocking agent to fully reduce residual water inside the system.
