Full Name: CCP Changchun BF-03 Ultra-Low Viscosity Fully Hydrolyzed Polyvinyl Alcohol (Model 0399)
Lowest viscosity fully hydrolyzed grade in BF series with hydrolysis degree 98~98.8%; formed film owns better water resistance than BP series, suitable for low-viscosity & high water-resistance paper & printing systems, only dissolvable in hot water above 85℃.
