Precautions for Use
1. Recommended dissolving process: Add pellets into room-temperature water, stir & swell for 30 mins, heat up to 60℃ and stir constantly until fully transparent. Add a small amount of silicone defoamer under high-speed stirring if needed.
2. Store in dry & ventilated warehouse at 5~30℃; keep away from heat sources, moisture and volatile chemicals to prevent caking from moisture absorption.
3. Standard dosage reference by formula: Textile sizing agent 3%\8%, paper coating 1.2%\3.5%, water-based adhesive 2%\6%, construction mortar 0.1%\0.5%; adjust proportion according to actual formula demand.
4. Equip dust extraction at feeding station; wear dust masks for manual operation.
5. This product is only used as industrial processing auxiliary agent; direct oral food contact is prohibited. Separate compliance testing is required if used for indirect food packaging contact.
