Handling Precautions
1. Powder coating baking condition: 190\205℃ / 10\15 mins to fully release gloss and hardness performance.
2. Seal storage away from moisture; damp raw material will generate pinholes and shrinkage cavities after baking.
3. Extrusion temperature controlled at 95~115℃, matching low-speed screw to guarantee uniform pigment dispersion.
4. Mix with anti-yellowing additives when producing white powder coating to reduce high-temperature discoloration risk.
