Full Name: PANGAO PG-HC Hydroxyl-Modified Vinyl Chloride-Vinyl Acetate-Vinyl Alcohol Terpolymer Resin

Hydroxyl-containing ternary VC-VAc copolymer industrial resin, approximately 84% vinyl chloride, 10% vinyl acetate, and about 6% vinyl alcohol. The molecular chain contains hydroxyl functional groups, capable of crosslinking reactions with isocyanates, epoxy resins, melamine resins, etc. Suitable for plastic lamination inks, can interior coatings, high-temperature inks, PU retort-resistant lamination inks, matte furniture paints, and related solvent-based formulations.

1. Molecular chain contains hydroxyl functional groups, capable of crosslinking with isocyanates, epoxies, melamine, etc., with potential for improved chemical resistance after crosslinking.

2. Shows solubility in ester solvents with transparent solutions.

3. Provides adhesion improvement for plastic films and metal substrates, suitable for lamination ink and can coating systems.

4. Compatible with PU polyurethane resins, supporting pigment dispersion and lamination strength improvement.

5. Stable powder state, suitable for conventional solvent-based coating and ink processing.

Suitable Areas: Matte furniture paints, plastic paints, metal primers, carbon tape adhesives, magnetic tape adhesives

Not Recommended: Pure water-based systems, food contact products, one-component high chemical-resistant topcoats without curing agents.
