High molecular weight carboxyl-modified ternary VC-VAc copolymer industrial resin, approximately 86% vinyl chloride, 13% vinyl acetate, and 1% maleic anhydride. The molecular chain contains carboxyl functional groups, providing adhesion improvement for smooth substrates such as metal, especially aluminum foil. Suitable for maintenance paints, marine paints, can seal coatings, aluminum foil varnishes, coil coatings, floor paints, shoe adhesives, screen/gravure/transfer inks, pharmaceutical packaging VC heat-seal adhesives, anodized aluminum coatings, heat-transfer back adhesives, and related solvent-based formulations.
