Handling Precautions

1. Standard powder formula dosage: 40% ~ 60% matched with carboxyl polyester resin; add leveling agent & benzoin as auxiliary.

2. Storage environment humidity ≤65%, sealed packaging to absorb moisture which causes pinholes during baking.

3. Twin-screw extrusion temperature control range: 90 ~ 110℃ to avoid premature crosslinking inside extruder.

4. Dust-proof ventilation required for feeding workshop to prevent fine resin dust floating.
