Wacker VINNOL® H 40/50 is a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer with a high vinyl acetate content (approx. 63 wt% vinyl chloride, approx. 37 wt% vinyl acetate), produced by suspension polymerization. With good flexibility and solubility it can lower the heat-seal activation temperature and is suitable for processing in ketone-free solvent systems, making it a common binder for heat-seal coatings, printing inks and wood lacquers.
