Product Description AFCONA-3590 is a special fluorine-silicone composite modified additive that rapidly reduces surface tension, offering prominent substrate wetting and anti-crater performance. It is designed to support intercoat recoating performance. It is intended for high-end water-based systems including automotive OEM and refinish coatings, floor coatings, wood coatings, coil coatings and water-based UV coatings.
